return policy
I’m happy to work with you if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Please email me using this return/exchange request form to initiate a return/exchange request.
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery notification.
Returns/Exchanges must be shipped within two weeks of request approval.
Returns/Exchanges must be approved before shipping and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the return amount or required before exchange is shipped.
Two Ships is not responsible for return or exchange shipping fees in any instance except for pieces arriving damaged [see below for damaged items procedure].
Shipping cost is non-refundable and will not be comped on an exchange.
Return/Exchange shipments must be received in like-new condition and any return/exchange received damaged will void eligibility for a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your pottery arrives damaged, please photograph the piece(s) and box and send the pictures using this damaged order form.
I ship all orders with insurance, so you must keep the damaged box and items as proof for a claim. Throwing away the box or altering anything within the shipment will void your entitlement to a refund or exchange. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Once the claim is approved, I’ll refund you or get a replacement to you as soon as possible. If an item has sold out or is a commissioned piece, crafting a replacement to order can take a minimum of 6-8 weeks, but I’ll work to get you a replacement ASAP.
